Accomplishments:

Policy and Procedure Banking Advisor and marketing specialist with extensive experience in the Monetary and Banking sectors. Maintain and supervise the quality management system overall within the bank, thereby insuring its conformity with the overall policies of the bank as well as the ISO 9000 standards. Develop recommendations pertaining to the total quality management approach and methodology, thereby ensuring the efficiency of the system, to enable sound application of the system.

Auditor, Internal Auditing & Organization Department

  • Supervise quality controllers in all departments at the different branches of the bank, in order to guide and train them to prepare them to monitor the Quality System of the bank.
  • Participate in the evaluation processes to ensure sound auditing process.
  • Study and assess the review reports of quality controllers, and comment on the correction notes and procedures.
  • Maintain and set preventive actions if necessary in order to develop advanced Quality System, consequently report to the General Manager and follow the guidelines set by the bank’s top management. 
  • Monitor the implementation of the recommendations set forth in the Quality Control Review Reports.
